Samuel Dagan
After graduating early from California Western School of Law in 1998, Mr. Dagan passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt. Mr. Dagan was immediately hired as Deputy District Attorney in Tulare County. In the District Attorney's office, Mr. Dagan was promoted to act as a Special Prosecutor specializing in insurance fraud cases. After three years of representing the people of the state of California, Mr. Dagan began working for the law firm Yrulegui and Roberts where he represents most of the world's largest insurance companies on civil litigation and workers' compensation issues. In 2004, Mr. Dagan is proud to have used his unique master set of skills to represent NFL football players, police officers, firefighters, university professors, doctors, lawyers, insurance company employees and dedicated laborers. Mr. Dagan continues to represent injured individuals against insurance companies in the workers' compensation system and against third parties in the civil court system.
